Aleksi Heinola Quartet koondab Skandinaavia ja Euroopa tippmuusikud. Kvarteti helipilt on rikkalik ja energeetiline ning samas elegantne, pulbitsedes svingivatest rütmidest ning peenest koosmängust. Repertuaaris kõlab nii bändiliikmete autoriloomingut kui ka lugusid legendaarsete meistrite Wayne Shorteri, Joe Hendersoni ja Thelonious Monki sulest. Just muusikute meisterlikkus võimaldab kvartetil esitada niivõrd laia repertuaari teatava vabaduse ja spontaansuse, et luua iga kontsert nii muusikute kui kuulajate jaoks unikaalseks.

The Aleksi Heinola Quartet consists of top-of-the-line players from Scandinavia and Europe. The sound of the group is rich and energetic, yet elegant, packed with lots of swingin’ groove and fine interplay based on the firm roots of the timeless & hip 60’s Hard Bop tradition with a modern twist. The repertoire of the quartet consists of both original compositions by the members of the band, as well as tunes by legendary masters of the music, such as Wayne Shorter, Joe Henderson and Thelonious Monk. This combination of musical flavours is exactly what you would hear in a live performance by this group. The flexibility and knowledge of the musicians allows the quartet to have a wide repertoire of music at hand, which gives the group a sense of freedom and spontaneity to make every concert a unique experience for both the musicians and the audience.
