Kanada pianist Lucas Dann kasvas üles Torontos kuid kolis 2015. aastal Euroopasse, et omandada muusikaline haridus nii Amsterdami Kopenhaageni kui Pariisi mainekates konservatooriumides. Danni hiljutisemad esinemised on olnud täielikult improviseeritus soolo klaverikontsertide seeriad. Pianisti diskograafiasse kuulub nii muusika Thelonioius Monki sulest, omalooming kui ka improvisatoorsed palad, sealhulgas ka 2022. aasta juulis salvestatud live-album „Solo“.
Kresten Osgood on esmaklassiline trummar ja improvisaator, kes austusega traditsioonide vastu kombib oma loominguga traditsiooni piire. Ta on teinud kaasa ligikaudu sajal albumil, tuuritanud peaaegu kõikjal, on esinenud või salvestanud koos legendaarsete muusikutega nagu Roscoe Mitchell, Paul Bley, Lee Scratch Perry, William Parker ja paljud-paljud teised. Lisaks sellele on ta ka oskuslik räppar, helilooja, tõeline multiinstrumentalist, Kopenhaageni muusikaelu edendaja, meelelahutaja ning nii tele- kui raadiosaadete juht. Oma tegevuste eest on Osgood pälvinud hulgaliselt auhindu, ta on justkui tõeline Hunt Kriimsilm, kes töötab igas olukorras selle nimel, et saavutada oma täielik potentsiaal.
Pianist Lucas Dann was born in Toronto, Canada in 1997. After moving to Europe in 2015 he received a Bachelor's degree from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam as well as a European Union Jazz Masters degree split between Københavns Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium, Conservatorium van Amsterdam, and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. His most recent performances have been a series of completely improvised solo piano concerts. Dann's discography ranges from the music of Thelonious Monk, original composition, to free music with a new live recording released in July of 2022 on Elastic Records entitled “Solo”.
Kresten Osgood is an extraordinary drummer and improviser who with the fullest respect to tradition, challenges it at any given moment of his creative endeavours. He has about a hundred albums to his credit, toured practically everywhere, has been performing and/or recording with legends like Roscoe Mitchell, Paul Bley, Lee Scratch Perry, William Parker, and many many others. But even that doesn't really cover the full spectrum of what he has been up to in his career. A successful rapper, composer, a true multi-instrumentalist, a powerful organizer being an extremely important driving force in lifting and pushing the music life in Copenhagen forward, entertainer with his own shows in TV and radio, receiver of numerous awards and honours, he is a very sharp kaleidoscope man who regardless of the context always realises his fullest potential.
